Do you ever open your eyes and everything is blurry and slowly everything comes into focus?
As weird as it sounds, that is a rush for me. A high if you will.
And I can never seem to get enough.
Each time I put my camera to my eye I get to do it over and over again.
My personal drug.
Something so mundane and small or unimportant slowly comes into focus and is experienced in so many focal planes with new details emerging.
Aim. Focus. Push the shutter.
and suddenly there is an —
Emerging layers of happiness, carelessness, independence, thoughtfulness, and thoughtlessness.
And with that, comes clairty.
